We supply flexible packaging solutions for various industries such as plastic bags, sheets, shrink film and stretch wrap. We also supply complementary products such as strapping bands, paper edgeboards and packaging tape.
We’re located in Ravenhall, VIC just 30km north-west of Melbourne CBD. We’re conveniently located just off the Western Freeway, Christie’s Rd exit.
We currently deliver all across Australia, excluding Tasmania. Delivery costs will depend on the distance but rest assured, we do our best to deliver it at the lowest cost possible.
If you’re looking to order large quantities, enough to fill a 20/40ft container, we can have them delivered directly to your warehouse.
Yes, we do. As a large scale manufacturer, we gain economies of scale when producing at higher volumes which helps to keep our costs lower.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) will depend on the product type and specifications.
Yes! If you’re a wholesaler or a large end user requiring large quantities at a time, we can arrange full container deliveries that will save you on delivery costs.
Depending on the product, we can provide samples. Please contact us for more information regarding samples.
For our standard products that we have in stock, we can dispatch them in 1-2 business days. For custom products, expect up to 8 weeks from when the order is placed. However, this is subject to change depending on the size and/or complexity of the order.
We use ocean freight to import our goods which can result in delays due to inclement weather. In such (rare) cases, we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the goods.
If you would like to open an account with us to place regular orders, we have a 30-day end-of-month (EOM) payment term.
When you buy from us, you buy from a manufacturer, there’s no need for the middle man and higher prices. Dealing with a manufacturer has other benefits. We know our products and the technicalities that go into manufacturing. Rest assured we work tirelessly to ensure that our product is of the highest quality possible! With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, we know plastics and packaging.
The type of material used depends on the product and its application. Food-grade products for example, would require virgin materials. However, garbage bags would perform just as well with recycled material, not to mention be significantly cheaper as well.
Yes, we can print your logo or required labels on the bags and sheets.
We use what is known as an extrusion process where raw material (polymer pellets) is melted and blown (extruded) into a continuous bubble which is then processed to become a sheet or bag.
No, we don’t do injection-moulding which is typically used to manufacture plastic containers such as bottles and packaging containers.
Most of our products are manufactured using polyethylene (PE) commonly known as plastic however, most of our products can be manufactured using compostable or hot-water soluble materials.
Yes! We can manufacture compostable or hot-water soluble bags and sheets. Our compostable bags are certified for home compost use and our hot-water soluble bags dissolve completely without a trace and are FDA approved!
Biodegradable and compostable are not the same thing! Whilst they break down eventually, biodegradable bags have additives added to them that over time will break the plastic down into small pieces. This is a slow process that can take decades!
Compostable bags however are made from natural plant starch and do not produce any toxic material. They break down readily in composting systems through the microbacteria making them the superior choice!
Our bio-hybrid solution is a blend of traditional polyethylene and compostable material. These bags do not break down completely as a wholly compostable bag, however they are cheaper to manufacture.
Why do we make this if they’re not as good as wholly compostable bags? We understand that not everyone can purchase wholly compostable bags as they are more expensive to manufacture so we offer our bio-hybrid option for those who can’t afford to go 100% compostable but would still like to make an effort towards greater sustainability.
Our compostable products are made from plant starch such as corn which naturally break down into non-toxic materials in composting systems such as a worm farm or an industrial compost facility.
Buyer beware! Some manufactures promise compostability but use a blend of polyethylene which is NOT compostable. If you purchase 100% compostable products from us, rest assured we do not mix in traditional PE material.
Yes, unfortunately we’re not at a point where the use of compostable material is mainstream and has replaced traditional polyethylene. However, the more people who make the choice to go with compostable products, the closer we will get to it being mainstream, at which point we expect prices to go down!
Unlike our polyethylene products, our compostable bags or sheets do not have the same clarity as polyethylene. They naturally have a white, milky colour but can be manufactured to other colours as well. They are soft to the touch and are more flexible than normal PE.
Fun fact: when manufacturing compostable bags, the melting process of the raw material releases a delicious cookie scent!
Yes! Our compostable products are just as robust as their polyethylene counterparts making them a great replacement for everyday use.
Hear of “you won’t believe it’s not butter”? Well, you won’t believe it’s not plastic!
Our hot-water soluble bags dissolve in water that is 70 degrees Celsius or higher without leaving any residue!
They can be manufactured to have a perforated strip at the top which can be removed and used to tie the bag when it is filled with linen or other contents.
Our hot-water soluble bags allow users to pack and transport soiled or contaminated linen safely. This is particularly useful in hospitals where the medical staff need risk of contamination or infection need to be mitigated.
This benefit transfers over to large scale laundries who provide cleaning services to said hospitals as their staff won’t be required to remove the linen from the bags when placing them into the machines.
We currently supply these bags as laundry bags for the hospitality and medical industry e.g. hotels, airlines, hospitals etc. These bags allow the user to package and transport soiled or contaminated linen easily and safely to their laundry service providers.
Upon receiving the linen, the laundries won’t be required to remove the linen from the bags, risking exposure to potentially hazardous materials when placing them into the washing machines.
Our hot-water soluble bags are made of Hydropol™ which is a type of polymer that possesses great clarity and strength when manufactured into a bag. It is non-toxic and safe for marine life and when exposed to sea-water it breaks down completely without leaving a trace!
Yes! We can print on these bags using a solvent based ink that does not hinder the properties of the bag. The ink itself washes away and does not leave a mark on the linen that was being washed in the bags or damage the washing machine.
